ok so the new guild is taking a little getting use too. The website is difficult to navigate and find anything.

Does anyone know what they use for scheduling runs? I.E. GEM, Guild Calendar, etc? And what the passwords are and such?

They use the basic in-game calendar to schedule their runs.  Typically when they create an event they mass invite all 80 toons in the guild.  Once you have been invited a yellow ? will appear on the calendar button of your mini map and continue flashing.  Open up the calendar, click the event, and you will have an option to either accept the invite (meaning your planning to go) or decline the invite (meaning your unable or dont want to attend).

For heroics Ive found that they are a very ventrillo focused guild.  This means typically they will ask folks in vent if they are interested in running whatever it is before they ask in guild chat.

As far as there website goes, I completely agree that it is not on our level of website standards.  I made a couple posts that quickly died off.  It doesn't seem like many people visit it.

All in all they are a pretty cool group of folks, and while its no Project X I do enjoy playing with them.
