1. Name RL/Toon: Joshua Jones/Senojauhosj (Not origonal I know, but after Blizz made me change it when I hit 70. I just went for the first thing I though of.
2. Lvl/Race/Class: 80/Orc/Warrior
3. Spec (if not 80, what spec currently and spec you plan on at 80): Main == Fury. Depending on Buffs and how well I am able to concetrate on my rotation I pull anywhere from 2200-2800 DPS I am a mix of Heroic/Naxx10/Naxx25/Badge Gear ATM - Off == Prot. I am a mediocre tank, but do okay, for the gear I have. I am 540+ and about 29k Unbuffed. Mostly Heroic/Badge and Naxx10 Stuff. I do have blues in my tank gear but I tank very seldom anymore on the other guild.
4. Professions: Blacksmith 450 /Jewelcrafter 440
5. Age: 32
6. Which server are you from: Staghelm Currently
7. Prior Guilds & why you left? (list them all even if on other servers): Bloodlust. I have not actually left yet (I did read the rules, but I at least want to see if you guys think I am a fit before I just jump into a server change). Our differences lie in many places, they are a very casual leveling guild that attempts to raid. I have tried to build a team of players to raid consistently with and, it is just not working. Most of the answers I get are. "I want to log in, sign up for the raid and go kill things", or " I will go if you need me" While this can be a great strategy for some. I want to raid with people who are at least dedicated to progression over gear while they are raiding. For me the fun is in the challenge, the gear is just the reward.
8. What Time Zone are you in? EST (New Hampshire)
9. Do you wish to raid with us?: If you will have me, very much so.
10. If yes, then what times are you available to raid?: I play quite a bit. Most weeknight I can be on from 6PM till 10 or 11PM. I do have to be up for work at 5AM so some nights 10PM may be my shut off point. Weekends I am usually around any time. This can be touch and go, as I am an amature musician and random gigs pop up here and there. Maybe once or twice a month in a good month. I do hope to start dating again as I am single, this could throw a few Friday or Saturday nights away. Though I am eyeing a cute waitress, and she works night so, double score!!

11. What kind of guild are you looking for?: I want to have fun, progress, and mix with people who are as into the fights as I am. I am not an expert by any means nor do I try to act like one. I do enjoy talking strategy almost as much as the fight, but nothing tops dropping a new boss.
12. What do you expect from joining Project X?: I do not expect much from the guild. This game is about what you yourself put into it. The guild is there to help overcome the challenges you cannot do alone. As long as the guild is up to the challenge they have done their part. The rest is up to me.
13. What can you offer as a member of Project X?: Should this be a good fit I can offer dedication, hopefully some out of the box thinking, knowledge to help other members, as well as a sponge for the assistance I may need.
14. Do you know anyone in Project X?: I do not
15. How did you hear about Project X? Wow Horde Recruit Forums
16. Is there anything else you want us to know about you?:
I may not be a typical recruit for you. I know what I am asking is a little above and beyond. You can armory Senojauhsoj on Staghelm and see my achieves and gear. I am two bosses shy on my 25 Naxx achieves, and quite a few shy on my 10, due to the above issues with the 10 man guild I am with.
I hope you understand somewhat my applying before I transfer. I do understand if this is not what you are looking for. I saw your guild and checked out the video. It appears to be very fun and rewarding. I like the fact you guys play games, and do unique things like TB Darts. I tried to set up a Scavenger Hunt on my current guild offering up 1000g to the first person with the 10 items. People were interested for a time but gave up shortly after. While I was not upset about not losing the 1000g. It seemed to me that while everyone touted that they want to have more fun. No one really does unless there is instant gratification.
Either way, thanks for looking. Let me know if you want to take another step, or if the venture might be too risky for you guys.
All the best in Ulduar and Beyond,
Senoj (Josh)
If you are willing to do a vent discussion first then see if things go well, and take it from there. If it appears that it would be a fit, then the transfer will be done right away.
